Swedish Massage
Swedish massage, the most popular form of massage in the western world incorporates the five basic strokes such as sliding or gliding, kneading, rhythmic tapping, friction and vibration/shaking. Swedish massage has shown to be helpful in reducing muscle pain and improving blood circulation.
Deep tissue Massage
As the name suggests, a massage that penetrates deep into muscles and breaks down all the tensions of sore and rigid muscles from excessive use. This treatment works deep into the muscles and connective tissues.
Hot Stone Therapy

Shirodhara
Practiced for more than 5,000 years, Shirodhara oil therapy is based on the ancient principles of Ayurveda. The name comes from the Sanskrit words shiro (head) and dhara (flow). It involves the warm and consistent flow of aromatic oils on the forehead, specifically on the “third eye.” The oil flow over the scalp and through the hair, creating a blissful sensation.
Shirodhara has a profound impact on the nervous system. That means, the treatment directly and immediately calms, relaxes and has a cleansing effect on the mind and nerves.
